Notice and Apology Regarding Temporary Suspension of Membership Services

Dear Guests,

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to our valued members.

Due to a system integration issue encountered during the transition to our new membership system and
security enhancement process, membership registration and login services will be temporarily suspended
from May 1 through May 18.

<Services Unavailable During the Suspension Period>
Member account login
• New membership registration and reservations for member-exclusive accommodation plans
• Online point redemption services (including reward stays, vouchers, mileage exchange, etc.)
• Accrual of points, stay history, and mileage related to hotel stays
• Payments using reward stays or points

Membership registration and login services will resume at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, May 19.
